The Centre Stage Retreat 

Monday the 20th, 21st and the 22nd October 

What a way to start your Centre Stage journey.

This retreat is designed to give you the mental space to design and map out your year in business, with your core experts on hand. As well as relax and just have fun with the rest of your new Centre Stage  family.

During the retreat you will be:

Getting down and dirty with your numbers

You simply can not grow a profitable business without knowing your numbers inside and out. "I'm not good with numbers" will be a thing of the past after Vanessa explains (in English) how to work it all out and track what you need to track.

1:1 with Vanessa Bamford

An opportunity to meet with Vanessa so she can get a snapshot of where you are in your business and any opportunties for quick wins. You will have more touch points with Vanessa throughout the year as well.

Vision, Mission and Values

These are your road maps for the year and this is what we will use to keep you on track and achieving your goals. We will be getting crystal clear on all of these as well as maybe setting some boundaries (don't freak out, but both you and your clients needs them) 

Fully Catered 

All food, drinks and materials are provided.

If you wish to stay overnight rooms can be booked for $600 for 3 nights . You don't have to stay, you can just attend during the day or choose your own nearby accommodation.

Over more than a decade Vanessa has built a reputation for practical, straightforward and jargon-free advice, with an emphasis on helping business owners achieve better balance by showing them how to build a business that supports their values, community, teams and families - whilst being profitable.

You get two 1:1's with Vanessa. One on Retreat and then the second to use when you see best.

We will also be having bi monthly (so every second month) Check Ins with Vanessa to answer any questions that you might have or to help you if you are stuck.

You will also be given Vanessa's Online Finance Coaching Program.

Throughout the year we will be having monthly 1 on 1 and in these sessions, we will be doing whatever you need doing.

You need someone to sit with you and just listen. DONE

I truly believe that you already know how to run your business. It's my job to support you and call you out on your BS. Especially when imposter syndrome sets in.

LUNCH & LEARN WITH INDUSTRY EXPERTS 

These days are so much fun and a great environment to learn, network and mingle. We bring in the most amazing experts to give Centre Stage members exclusive access to the best in the biz, so you can ask questions in a relaxed and safe space. 

There is always delicious food and quite often a sneaky gin or two. 

What the schedule looks like

  • Day 1, Work Smarter, Not Harder with Ai Jess Clarke – While I know that ai can be overwhelming and most likely in the past when you used it your results were terrible (hello maven) but we are flying in Jess to get you free employees in your business. You can't buy time, but you can free it up by getting AI to do all the heavy lifting.
  • Day 2, Understanding your brain with Dr. Ash Spelman – I spent many years wondering why I couldn't do simple tasks, and by wondering I really mean calling myself lazy and a shit business owner, when in reality, my brain just didn't work that way. So we are flying in Dr Ash to find out how your brain works so that you can work with it and not against it.
  • Day 3 Content Day with Bianca. So at every Centre Stage day Bianca will be capturing content for you, but this day is a day for you to bring your team, bring your product, you can even bring your mum if you like. This day is all about content.
  • Day 4, Marketing with Amy. We all know that we need marketing but what you don't need is flashy and ever changing trendy marketing. So this day is a hands on working day where Amy makes sure that we have all the boring parts in place because without them, none of the flashy stuff works anyway
  • Day 5, Wealth Building with Vanessa Bamford – Let's be honest, the chances of our kids buying a house are very slim. And while I don't want to just give my kids a house, I do want to be in a position to help them out. Oh and I want to live out my retirement like the Queen of Sheba. So in order to make sure that we can live out our dreams, Vanessa and a financial advisor will be joining us to help us plan just how that is going to happen.
